I was quite surprised by the price and quality of the food. I’m no stranger to Korean food as my wife is from there and has become a staple in our house. The Japanese offerings are quite tasty too. The tuna & salmon sushi we tried was quite fresh was served at near room temperature which is difficult to master. Their main menu provided a wide selection of food including a smaller Korean selection. You can ask for Korean specific menu. I was excited to try their Gam Ja Tung, which is a potatoes & pork stew. It’s a difficult dish to find. While I only tried that, and a fried pork (Sul la tang), and a scattering of side dishes (ban chan) I was delighted on the freshness and taste. It’s my opinion that I consider this authentic Korea-lite. It’s certainly not an Americanized version, but rather a toned down alternative. In short this place is worth a go.

This place is mind blowing. We came in 50 min before closing, and got a super nice and generous service. The staff is welcoming and warm. We ordered seaweed salad, Misti soup, California roll, Sunflower roll and Salmon Pizza roll. As you can see in the pictures - the presentation was extraordinary and the sushi was fresh and tasty as much as it can get (however, the Salmon Pizza roll had too much sauce and sugar in it). We’ll definitely come back and try the Korean dishes too. Warmly recommend!

I am here right now. Stopped in for Chicken bowl ended up with beef and just had the most delicious Caterpillar Roll I’ve had outside of CA in a while! Service was great, got soup and salad with the bowl.. which was stacked with beef! Calm atmosphere, clean restrooms.. I’m a tennis fan and they even had the US Open on TV… (Girl Stop!) Randomly found this place but will be back! Thanks to the staff. :)

A must-go place if you are in the area and a favorite of ours. Great quality sushi and a variety of options means there's a little something for everyone. The veggie tempura app is fantastic and their lunch/dinner boxes are great for those who want a spread of items. The atmosphere is clean and modern with comfy low lighting. Great for an evening with friends, coworkers, or family. The staff and owners are kind and welcoming and a treat to interact with. We opted for the chicken katsu box and salmon box on this visit. Additionally, the Alaskan and YumYum roll + tamago/egg, scallop, and fatty tuna. Owner was exceedingly kind and gave us a tempura fried banana for dessert which was delicious.

Simply put, best Sashimi in greater D. Great atmosphere and fantastic, warm, friendly service. If you’ve been in Japan, this Sushi and soups won’t disappoint you a bit. A true gem.
